Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil – My Honest Thoughts

If there’s one beauty product I never leave the house without, it’s a good lip oil. I recently got my hands on the Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil (£21) after hearing so much hype about it online – and of course, I had to put it to the test myself!

Let’s start with the packaging – super sleek, handbag-friendly and feels luxe for the price point. The applicator glides on smoothly and picks up just the right amount of product. From the first swipe, I could feel how nourishing and hydrating the formula was. It gives your lips that healthy, juicy glow without any stickiness, which is a big win in my books.

The texture is lovely – lightweight but rich enough to feel like it's doing something. It applies beautifully, melting into the lips like a balm and giving a natural sheen. If you’re someone who loves the feel of a gloss without the heavy finish, this is definitely worth checking out.

Now, onto the colour. There’s a hint of pink in all the shades I tried, but I wouldn't say they’re overly tinted. Watermelon and Strawberry are two of my favourites – both give a soft, juicy flush, but nothing too bold. It’s more of a sheer wash of colour – pretty, but subtle. Personally, I prefer layering them over a lip liner or a lipstick to give a little more depth. On their own, the tint can feel a bit too minimal for my liking.

One thing I did notice – the wear time isn’t the best. It’s not the most long-lasting lip oil out there and I found myself needing to reapply every couple of hours, especially after eating or drinking. That being said, because it feels so nice on the lips, I don’t mind reapplying throughout the day.

If you're after a lip product that feels nourishing, looks glossy, and layers beautifully – Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil is a great choice. Just don’t expect all-day wear or a bold tint. It’s more of a glow-boosting topper than a standalone statement lip. And for £21, it sits right in that affordable-luxury zone.

These blush sticks have been buzzing in the beauty world, and after trying out the shades Rosy Glow and Pinky Glow, I’ve got thoughts. Whether you’re after that fresh-from-a-facial flush or want an easy, on-the-go glow, this might be the product you've been waiting for. 

First Impressions & Packaging

Let’s start with the packaging. The blush stick comes in a sleek, matte tube—very on-brand and easy to slip into your handbag. It has a twist-up design, making it practical for quick touch-ups throughout the day. However, the tube does feel quite lightweight. For a premium product, I was expecting something with a bit more heft and luxury in-hand. That said, the minimalist design is chic and the stick format makes it super travel-friendly and mess-free.                        

Texture & Formula

The formula is where this blush really shines. Infused with hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and other skin-loving elements, the texture is creamy, blendable, and smooth as butter. It glides onto the skin and melts in beautifully—no harsh lines or patchiness here.

It’s a balm-meets-blush hybrid that gives skin a juicy, hydrated glow. Perfect for dry or normal skin types. Oily skin may want to pair this with a setting powder, as it has that dewy finish that can get a little shiny over time.

The Shades: Rosy Glow vs Pinky Glow

This shade is a warm, rosy pink that looks super natural on the skin. It mimics that healthy flush you get after a brisk walk. Both shades are highly pigmented but super easy to blend, which makes them beginner-friendly. I found that dabbing a small amount with my fingers gave me the best results—it warms up the product and allows for better blending. A dense brush works too if you want more precision.

As for longevity, the blush lasted well throughout the day. It did start to fade after several hours, especially on warmer days, but the colour faded evenly and gracefully—no patchiness or dryness.

Multipurpose magic: You can also dab a little on your lips for a matching monochrome look.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the Unreal Blush Healthy Glow Stick is a gorgeous addition to any makeup bag. The formula is lush, the shades are stunning and the finish is that ideal dewy-but-not-greasy glow. Today, I am putting the spotlight on two absolute must-haves that will transport you back to your childhood. I'm a bit late putting my review up but a lot has happened in the last six months! The Charlotte Tilbury x Disney collaboration is beautiful. The beauty light wands* and the magic cream are two products that are already gorgeous but have been made even better with this amazing collab.

Let's start with Charlotte Tilbury's iconic Magic Cream. Now, the name alone promises a little bit of enchantment, doesn't it? This cream has earned its spot as a cult favorite, and with good reason. Just like a wave of fairy godmother's wand, it transforms your skin, leaving it with a dewy glow that rivals Cinderella's ball.

The Magic Cream is a skincare saviour, concocted with a blend of powerhouse ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins C and E, and BioNymph Peptide Complex. It's like a feast for your skin, giving it the hydration it craves and the radiant boost you've been dreaming of. I swear, every time I apply this cream, I can almost hear Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo playing in the background!

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Lip Blur Review

I've officially broken up for the summer and have no excuse to not be blogging and posting! To kick things off, I am talking all about my new favourite lipsticks. The Flawless Lip Blur's from Charlotte Tilbury are my current obsession. I never thought I would go back to liquid lipsticks but this may have just turned me.

These are a matte liquid lipstick, which has some sort of amazing powder blur technology in them to smooth and mattify the lips. Despite being matte, they have something in them to keep them hydrating on the lips and are formulated to last all day. 

There are a total of 8 shades in the range and the two I have aren't enough! I need more. These are comfortable, lightweight, long lasting and so beautiful on the lips. I love wearing these for work as I can put them on at 7am and know that they will still be on at 6pm. It fades slightly from the sides but nearly every lip product does that to me. 

The applicator is the shape of a diamond and makes application really easy. I love pairing both of these shades with the Pillow Talk lip liner and sometimes love adding a gloss to give me a slightly different look altogether.

       

If you can remember the L'Oreal liquid lipsticks that came out a few years ago or you love the NYX ones, these are very similar. They are a whipped formula which look and feel lovely on the lips. I am utterly obsessed with them. Great if you love lipsticks and need something new to try! 

Pillow Talk Medium is a a cool, dark nude. I love the medium range of pillow talk (lipstick and liner are amazing) and this is just the perfect everyday nude. 

For something a little different and more pink, Rose Blur is perfect. Its warm toned and gives me such a pretty summer look.

When I tell you that my love for Charlotte Tilbury is growing, I am not joking. I don't think I have fallen in love with a brand as fast as this -EVER.
