Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer 9.5 Tan Review and Swatch

I don’t think I’ve ever been as excited to write a post as I am today. A few weeks ago, a very exciting email landed in my inbox about an unreleased Charlotte Tilbury product that would be arriving at my door before launch — and honestly, I could barely contain myself. So, let me introduce you to the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer*

Packaging

Let’s start with the packaging, because Charlotte Tilbury really does know how to make a product feel luxurious. The concealer comes in a sleek tube with the signature rose-gold detailing that instantly feels high-end. The doe-foot applicator is the perfect size — large enough to apply product quickly, but still precise enough to target blemishes and brighten under the eyes without over-applying. It’s sturdy, practical and exactly what you’d expect from a premium brand. I also love that its clear!

Coverage & Finish

As the name suggests, this concealer is all about that airbrushed, blurred effect. The coverage is genuinely full, but without looking heavy or cakey. It melts into the skin beautifully and smooths over imperfections while still looking like skin. I found it particularly impressive for covering redness and pigmentation and it layers really well without creasing or settling into fine lines. The collage below shows just how full coverage it is and how well it covers all my imperfections. I could use the concealer for my full face if I really wanted to - its amazing!

Under the eyes, it gives a brightened, well-rested look, while on blemishes it provides serious coverage without drawing attention to texture — something that’s surprisingly hard to get right. I think I need a slightly lighter colour for a really good brightening effect.

Shade 9.5 Tan – Swatch & Undertone

I’m wearing shade 9.5 Tan, which is a beautiful medium–tan shade with warm undertones. It doesn’t pull too yellow or orange and once blended, it looks incredibly natural. The swatch shows just how pigmented this concealer is — a little really does go a long way, which makes it feel even more worth the price.

Longevity

Longevity is where this concealer really shines. Once set, it does not budge. I’ve worn it through long days at work and busy evenings and it still looked fresh hours later with minimal touch-ups. It holds its coverage throughout the day without oxidising, fading or breaking down, which makes it ideal for both everyday wear and special occasions.

Is It Good for Acne-Prone Skin?

As someone with acne-prone skin, I’m always cautious when trying new base products — especially full-coverage ones. I’m happy to report that this concealer didn’t cause any breakouts, irritation or congestion during testing. It sits comfortably on active spots without clinging to dry patches or making them look worse and it feels breathable rather than heavy on the skin.

Who This Concealer Is Best For

This concealer is ideal if you:

  • Love full coverage with a skin-like finish

  • Want a concealer that lasts all day

  • Have acne-prone skin and need reliable coverage

  • Enjoy luxury makeup that performs

  • Need a concealer that works for both under-eyes and blemishes (you'll just need two different shades)

Overall, the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer truly lives up to the hype. It delivers on full coverage, long-lasting wear and a flawless finish, while still being kind to acne-prone skin. If you’re looking for a concealer that looks polished, lasts all day and feels luxurious to use, this one is absolutely worth checking out.
