Wishing for Summer

Its June and the sun is hiding away somewhere, not right at all. I've recently been daydreaming about the summer, going away somewhere hot, escaping from life and not having a care in the world. If only, someone would whisk me away. Farfetch popped into inbox the other day with their Blogger Content Pack and it was packed full of so many different styles. I could see a common summer theme running through, but to different peoples taste. Sarah's from The Fashion Ache has a wishlist in the pack that screams summer. It inspired me to create a wishlist for all the things I want to buy (if i had all the money in the world and then go away on holiday with.

Boutique of Molly are a brand that have been mentioned on here a handful of times, they have supported me through all the years of blogging and every time I work with them - my stomach turns. Birthday Blues

So, that's another birthday over with. If you didn't already know, then on Monday was actually my 19th birthday! I can't actually believe that I am in my last 'teen' year, I remember turning 13 and now 19 - crazy! I'm a summer baby, so the last person in my friendship group to turn this grand old age. Its just how its always been, but having a birthday exactly half way through the year is good enough for me.

Birthdays are a real funny one, my whole life I have been at school for them, for he past 4 years had an exam on them and this year I was working! How fun! But I had a great weekend to compensate for it and enjoyed the day by wearing a badge and everyone wishing me happy birthday.

Holiday Preperation #holidayhype

 Don't know about you but I would rather be on holiday. Whether it be somewhere with a beach, plenty to do - as long as its away! In a recent YouGov survey, it was reported that only 31% of people get excited about going on holiday. 1 in 3 woman worry about their weight everyday that they're on holiday. 

I for think that you shouldn't be worrying about your weight on holiday, its a time to enjoy yourself and be free! Getting excited for the holiday is just as fun, its actually the best part. No matter how stressful, it really is all part of the process! 

Winding Down

This week has been a busy one. I went back to work after a year at university and it was a lot. But I've managed to get through it and next week is a really exciting one! As its Sunday, I thought it was time for me to relax and get ready for another week.
What better way to do that then give my skin some love! Putting on a face mask, relaxing for 20 so minutes and not having a care in the world is my favourite thing to do. Finding face masks for my combination skin is a mammoth task, some work and others don't. But, I think I have finally found my two favourite ones.

Birthday Countdown

On Monday its my birthday! I honestly can't believe how quickly this year is going and that I am turning another year older again. Its crazy how fast time is going and how much everything and everyone around me is changing. A birthday or celebration isn't complete without a few things; love, happiness, food and flowers.
