Pixi Pretties Collection Review & Swatches

Pixi have my heart. I am yet to find one product from them that I hate/dislike, and now their latest makeup collection has got me loving them even more. The Pixi Pretties collection* is a range of makeup that they have released with different influencers. For once, a brand has done a collaboration with people who I actually know! All 5 women are people who I regularly watch on YouTube and adore, their makeup, style and whole personality is just amazing! Let's see how they work..

Thats Heart Palette £18 // I love everything about Heart, her whole cute personality is such a uplifting thing. She also wears the cutest clothes! She has created a very warm, pink toned palette. I love the shades in this palette - they are all very me! The packaging isn't the best but the shadows inside do not disappoint. There is a selection of mattes and reflective shimmers, all of which are buttery and very pigmented. Its a very versatile palette that can create a number of looks.

Rachh Loves Highlighter Palette £22 // Rachh is another one with a really bubbly personality and her energy is infectious! This palette is beautifullll and will be different on everyone. The two large pans are perfect to use on the cheeks and brow bone, but then the smaller ones are more for smaller highlight places. Such as the nose, inner corner and cupids bow. They are powder but feel like a cream when you apply and you really only need the tiniest little bit on the brush/finger. I prefer applying them with my finger to control the amount that I apply. Overall, in love with how pigmented they are and how much they stand out.

From Head to Toe Glow-y Powder £14 // Endless Shade Stick £12 //

The powders in this collaboration are very very pigmented and not quite what I expected. I thought they were highlighters but they've got too much colour running through them. The more bronzey one is much better suited as an eyeshadow, and the lilac one the same. I used them on my cheeks and on initial application they looked beautiful but then throughout the day, my face was more sparkly and glittery rather than glowy.

The shade stick is my new daily best friend. I don't tend to wear much on my eyes for work everyday but this makes me want to make more of an effort. One swipe of this all over the lid then blended with my finger, looks stunning. The shade is in between a copper and gold and is so buttery. It works well with my oily lids but I think wearing a base underneath would help the longevity of it. Pixi, please do more shades!

Chloe Morello Lip Icings £16 // My lipstick loving heart fell in love with these instantly. The liquid lips that add a 3D effect without feeling heavy or sticky on the lips. I love wearing this alone on the lips to give my dull looking face something extra, as well as pairing them with other lip products. I've found wearing them on top of any liquid lipstick works best and the two really adhere to each other. These not only look pretty but they feel good too, very moisturising and hydrating on the lips. p.s they smell so sweet and lovely too!

Maryam NYC Lip Duos £16 // Maryam is the one to watch if you want the honest truth about products, she does not beat around the bush and I love her honesty. These lip duos have been created by her to serve two purposes, one is a day kit and the other is a night kit. Each kit contains a liquid fairy lights and a liquid lipstick, I adore both! The liquid lipsticks aren't drying or don't flake on the lips. The nude one is perfect with the pink icing mentioned above - dreamy pair. Then the fairy lights are great to apply a pop of glitter to the eye. I wore the black and gold one for Diwali and it looked super pretty. I love how there isn't much fuss with them, you can just apply and blend. Both kits are great value for money and wear beautifully.

All in all, its a fabulous, pigmented, well thougth out collection. I am using everything on rotation, so you can expect to see more of it on here soon. Have you tried this collection?
