Welcoming Spring

The past week has got me so excited for the next few months. As we enter into the wonderful month of March, let's hope its a better one that last year! With the sunshine making more of an appearance too, it really does boost everyone's mood and motivation. I spent some time at the weekend getting out some more bright knits and floral tops and giving my toenails for love before it officially becomes sandal season!

I've also had a slight reset and refresh to my beauty routine and wardrobe to make room for the more warm tones and bright pops of colour.. let's take a peek inside...

Becca Backlight Priming Filter - I tried this about three years ago and remembering absolutely loving it and now I have fallen in love once again. This is such a gorgeous primer to use with makeup or by its self to give the skin a lovely healthy glow that doesn't look oily or horrible. Such sad news that the brand is going later this year - I need to stock up on some things.

EX1 Blush in Natural Flush - Blush is a product that I don't wear very much of but at this time of year I love applying a tiny bit on my cheeks to give them a nice natural flush and this blush from EX1 does the job perfectly. It's a warm peachy pink that brings my face alive.

Fenty Gloss - Wearing lip gloss in the winter wasn't right for me, my lips were just constantly dry! However, now they're a lot better and I am reintroducing lip gloss into my life. There is no better formula than the Fenty one's for everyday and special occasions. This is the shade Fenty Glow and makes your lips look so luscious and plump.

Hyaluronic Acid - I love the look the glowy skin but when you're oily as a frying pan its really hard to get that glow without looking greasy. Hyaluronic Acid is my saving grace, it really gives my skin a boost and makes it plump and glowy but in a more hydrated way. I love this serum from Superdrug as it really locks in the moisture.

Lightweight Knitwear - Call me crazy but I still like wearing the odd cardigan or jumper in the Spring as its not quite soaring in temperature. I am obsessed with F&F from Tesco at the moment, they have the most gorgeous transitional pieces in for this season. This pink number was only £14 and is made from the softest, most lightweight material ever. I love the bubble sleeves and the more squared neckline too - the perfect addition to my wardrobe.

*Daisy London x Estée Lalonde Luna Necklace* - Accessories can really change an outfit and if you're an outfit repeater like me (I mean who isn't?) then this is the best way to make each time look different.

I have been obsessed with wearing this Luna necklace recently. Its not only the cutest with the little star and moon but its so delicate and dainty that it looks good with everything. The silver change sits just about half way on my neck and looks so beautiful. Estée's entire range with Daisy London is beautiful and filled with pieces that will never go out of style.
