Do you remember when YouTube favourites videos were everywhere? They were one of my favourite types of content to watch because they gave a genuine insight into the products people actually loved and reached for time and time again. It's a format I wish would make a comeback.
With that in mind, here are a few products that have earned a place in my routine this month.
Mixa Renewing Cream
If you've been following my skincare journey, you'll know I love products that prioritise hydration and this cream has been a standout this month. Its rich formula is designed to support the skin barrier while providing long-lasting moisture, making it ideal for anyone experiencing dryness or sensitivity.
Despite being deeply nourishing, it absorbs surprisingly well and doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. I've been using it on both my face and body whenever my skin needs extra care, and it's helped keep dry patches at bay. It's one of those reliable products that quietly does exactly what it promises.
Rare Beauty Foundation
I've found myself reaching for the Rare Beauty Foundation almost every day this month. It has a lightweight formula that feels comfortable on the skin while providing buildable coverage that evens out my complexion without looking heavy or cakey. It gives my skin a natural, radiant finish that works particularly well during the summer months when I want my makeup to look fresh rather than full coverage.
One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to blend, whether using a brush, sponge or fingertips. It layers beautifully with cream products and wears well throughout the day. Rare Beauty also deserves credit for its extensive shade range, making it much easier for people to find a shade that truly matches their skin tone.
Pantene Leave-In Cream*
Summer weather often means dealing with humidity, frizz and dry ends, which is where this leave-in cream has really impressed me. I apply a small amount to damp hair after washing, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends, and it leaves my hair feeling noticeably softer and smoother.
Unlike some leave-in treatments, it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down. Instead, it helps tame fly aways, adds shine and makes styling much easier. It's become an effortless step in my haircare routine, especially on days when I want my hair to air dry without becoming frizzy.
Facile Skin Serum
The Facile Brighten Targeted Serum has been one of the standout additions to my skincare routine this month. Designed to target uneven skin tone, post-blemish marks and dullness, it's packed with brightening ingredients that work together to leave skin looking healthier and more radiant. Since adding it to my routine, I've noticed my complexion looks more even and some of the pigmentation left behind from previous breakouts has started to fade.
The lightweight, silky formula absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky, making it easy to layer underneath moisturiser and SPF during the day. Despite containing powerful active ingredients, it feels gentle enough for regular use and hasn't irritated my skin. If you're looking for a serum to help brighten your complexion while tackling stubborn dark spots, this is definitely one worth considering.
Other things I've loved this month:
🎶 Currently playing: *Magic in the Hamptons* by Social House and *All Fired Up* by The Saturdays — the perfect feel-good tracks for the month.
📺 Currently watching: Revisiting some old favourites with rewatches of *Hawaii Five-0* and *The Glades*, alongside newer favourites like *Will Trent* and *Elle*.
What have you loved this month?
