Products That Got Me Through February

I had to double check the spelling of February a few times before writing this post - just in case! Phew, what another crazy month, things don't seem to be slowing down personally at the moment but its all good, I'm taking each day as it comes...These are the products and other things that have got me through the busiest month...
dermatica review

Blossom Body Spray by Superdrug... I can't stop talking about this body spray! It retails for less than £2 in Superdrug and smells similar to, if not the same as Alien. The popular, very expensive perfume that is a firm favourite for a lot of people, including me and my mum. I love Alien but it can be very very expensive, even the littlest bottle is the price of two kidneys! This the closest thing to it I have found thus far, for a fraction of the price and its beautiful.

Morphe M510 Round Blending Brush...Are you someone who uses brushes for other uses as opposed to what they are actually for?? I bought this brush a while back to use in the crease, to really blend out shadow. However, I have ended up using it for highlighter and it is perfect. The tapered shape makes it easy to apply to the high points, and the fluffy style of the brush is so soft and easy to use.

Rituals Lip Balm*.... I was very lucky to work with Rituals on a instagram campaign recently and they kindly sent over a bunch of their new lip products...long story short, I have fallen in love with this particular lip balm. Its filled with shea butter and aloe, my lips have never felt softer and more plump. The balm comes in a lipstick bullet that pops out and feels so luxurious.

Huda Beauty in Throwback... Huda Beauty is brand that I never really got the hype with. Until, the black friday sale last year...I have fallen head over heels. The formula of her lip products are something else, I prefer them over the eye products she has any day. A true lipstick addict like me loves a good nude and Throwback is just that, its a muted pink that pairs perfectly with a dark lip liner or a bit of clear gloss- its just so beautiful!

Dermatica Cream....My skin is something I always go on about and have battled with for a while now. I've started a course of antibiotics for my skin that has made a huge difference but the scarring and odd spot still rises every now and again. I read on a facebook group (one that Caroline Hirons set up and is really good btw) about a company called Dermatica. They're dermatologists that work with you and for you, without the long waiting lists and heavy bills. All you have to do is fill in a survey about your skin, send them pictures and pay a fee of £22 that is billed every month if you need a top up. They send you a personalised prescription cream, targeted for your skin concerns. Mine is a mixuture of Adapalene, Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide. This is a heavy mixture, not as heavy as other people I know that have tried it, they even prescribe Tret! This trio of goodness has helped keep those painful, under the skin bumps away and gone for good!

Its a small favourites this month, but products that I have loved to the ends of the earth. I've become obsessed with Criminal Minds again as its started back in the UK, its a shame that its the last ever series but I'm excited for the drama!
