What's In My Handbag| Spring/Summer

Back in December I did a What's in my Handbag post and found it so much fun, so I thought now that spring is here, it is time to switch up the bag and show you again!
What's In My Handbag| Spring/Summer

Okay, first of all the actual bag! How beautiful is this beauty. I recently made this splurge because I was desperate for a smaller bag that was also all spring and summery. Luck was on my side and I had a voucher to spend so I decided to shop on the New Look site and along came this one, and ever since I have loved it! For me, it is the perfect size for everyday and fits everything in! Let's take a good look inside!
What's In My Handbag| Spring/Summer
Purse//Primark - Same as my last post, need a new one but I can't seem to find one that I love! It keeps all my coins and cards in safely.
Headphones//Samsung - These came with my phone and I always have to keep them on me, I love listening to music, pod-cast's and great for you tube videos!
Hand Food//Soap and Glory - Ahhh, this little bottle of amazingness is my life saver. I love carrying around a small bottle of hand cream as it is the easiest thing to use when my hands get dirty.
Mentos// Whether its chewing gum or sweets I need something to have in my bag to snack on when I'm a little peckish and these things are the best thing to have as they are sweet/sour/fruity.
212 Perfume// Of course we have to have some perfume in the bag, I love this one for the summer time because it smells fresh and fruity and no joke with only one spray it lasts you all long.
Deodorant// Why wouldn't you carry a bottle? You are always going to need a spritz of this, or someone else is so I like to carry the compressed bottles with me as it doesn't take up much room.
Phone// Just my phone with my case on, my life.
Makeup Bag//Next - I love carrying a little makeup bag with me in my bag because it is the easiest way to carry all my essentials without stuffing them in one pocket or all over my bag.

This is what I keep inside of that little bag!
Hair Bobble// For when my hair is getting on my nerves I need to have a bobble to put it off my face.
Lipstick// This Party Proof lipstick is a great nude to just pop on without having to look in a mirror as it isn't messy.
Powder// Now that I use the Rimmel Powder everyday, I can use the body shop one in my handbag. Its great when you get shiny, oily and comes with a mirror inside.
Lipgloss// If not in the mood for lipstick, I tend to go for a lip gloss and this one from MUA is my favourite because the colour is nude (of course) and it lasts forever.
Mascara// Same as the last one, the No7 mini one, and does its job of being a mascara. Nothing special about it for me but I love using it in an emergency.
Witch Concealer// This is in a shade that needs to be applied after my foundation, and I find that the formula of this concealer is easier to use on the go as it is very creamy.

That's it for this post, I love reading and watching these types of videos and thought it would be fun!

Over the last two months I have been doing small shops to buy different pieces of beauty items, didn't mean to but everything was on offer when I purchased so its allowed!
Superdrug/Boots (I can't remember where exactly!)
Beauty Haul||Feel Unique,Superdrug+Boots

- BarryM Gelly's|| These have already featured on the blog! I picked up the new pastel shades from BarryM because I love wearing them for the Spring time.
-L'oreal Nail Polish|| A first from L'oreal from me, I loved seeing lots of people wearing these macaroon colours and wanted to try them out for my self. I got drawn into the mint green one out of the other shades because I have never seen anything like it!
- Rimmel Lipsticks|| Not one to buy from Rimmel a whole lot, I decided to pick up the Kate Moss Lipsticks because the nudes are meant to be amazing! And who can resist a Buy one get one half price offer? I picked up 03 and 08 both pinky nudes that look amazing for everyday wear.
-MUA Blusher|| After hearing some other people in Superdrug talking about them and literally buying every single shade I decided to pick one up as well to try. Not a big fan of blushes in general but this is very neutral so I guess I can make it work!

-Batiste Dry Shampoo||I have recently become addicted to using dry shampoo, it has so many great benefits and I went a picked up a big bottle as well as a small one for my travels next week to London!
- Garnier Micellar Water|| A impulse purchase as it was on offer. But these Micellar water's have truly stolen my heart, and this is just another one to add to your shopping list. I love this compared to the other ones because it has been made for sensitive skin. A full review coming soon.
-Hair Grips|| I always loose my grips, and then my mum ends up finding them on my carpet or in the bathroom. But nevertheless, I still buy more because I need them all the time!
Feel Unique!

Argan Dew Miraculous Argan Oil & Replenishing Hair Mask||Review

Argan Dew Miraculous Argan Oil & Replenishing Hair Mask
Last week, I received some amazing samples from the lovely people at Argan Dew. They decided to send me two of their products the 'Miraculous Argan Oil* & Replenishing Hair Mask*' and I thought that I would put them to the ultimate test and see what they are like, as I am one that has never tried any Argan oil stuff or even ever tried a hair mask. I know, I know, shock horror!
So this is how I went on and what I thought about them...

Argan Dew Miraculous Argan Oil & Replenishing Hair Mask
Hair Mask - This is used just like conditioner in my opinion, you put it in your hair after washing and leave it in for 5 minutes before washing out. I used this only on the ends of my hair and felt a difference straight away. After drying my hair it instantly felt so much softer and fluffy if you can describe hair in that way. My hair has benefited so much and its also less knotty now as well after using the mask fa few times when I was.
Oil - The favourite of the pair, both mum and myself tested these out because she has curly hair and I have straight. We both washed out hair and then applied the oil to the ends only as this are where the most damage happens from heat and wear and tear. Holy Cow. After drying and setting our hair we felt it was so much softer, healthier after a few days and shinier at the ends as well.

Overall, there is nothing bad I can say about these products! I love both the oil and the mask and will be buying the full size of them very soon! If you use heat a lot on your hair, or even think that it needs to be given life then these are two products that you need in your life!

Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend!

Over the last few weeks,I have become very reliant on the wonderful bottle of dry shampoo that is in my draw! Why? Well because it makes me life easier and so much less hassle! Let's run through why dry shampoo is already my best friend and will be yours soon!
Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend! Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend!

What is Dry Shampoo?
Is a powder that is used to clean hair without having to wash it and it getting wet. The ingredients that it is made with soak up the oil and dirt on the scalp, leaving your hair looking refreshed and good as washed hair. Dry shampoo can be used on all types of hair. It comes in various forms to choose, and different smells, and types depending on your hair!
Why is it so good? Well..
- Saves Time!
If you are in a rush, and don't seem to have enough time to wash your hair and then set it properly then you just have to spray some into your hair and rub it in. Instead of having to wash your hair 4 times a week, you can only wash it twice by substituting washing for dry shampooing!
- Less Heat
When you wash your hair, you have to then dry it and then either curl or straighten it. Using dry shampoo means that you won't have to have as much heat applied to your hair and makes your hair healthier in the long run.
- Volume
If you hair is feeling flat and lifeless, then you can use a spray of dry shampoo to give it that extra oomph and blast of volume! By using it the night before, you will get added volume,
- Portable
You don't have to carry all your tools around with you when you're away if you have this bottle of saviour with you, it comes in travel sizes so you can pop it in your overnight bag or handbag and use when needed.

There are so many dry shampoo's out there, many that may work for others and not you! My favourite brand is by far Batiste and the one pictured at the top, is my current scent!
