Blogging Beauty Buddies Collab ♥

Well, A while back I stumbled upon a lovely blog run by two amazing girls ‘Blogging Beauty Buddies’ Sophia and Ainsley from the states and are the masterminds behind the blog and I really wanted to do a collab with them and now after a long time we have finally done it! So I emailed the girls a few questions so I could get to know their style a little bit better and I have come up with an outfit for both of them that I hope they love and maybe when they come to the UK they can purchase!

Blogging Beauty Buddies Collab

First up is Ainsely’s outfit. She told me that her style was very ‘girly yet low maintenance’ so I created more of a night time/ date outfit that I think would be perfect for her. Her must have summer beauty product is lip balm and this one from the body shop ‘born lippy range’ is the best smelling thing ever. It not only smells amazing but also leaves your lips feeling silky and soft. Now for outfit, these cotton/linen blend shorts are perfect for the summer and the colour looks great with a soft golden tan. I have teamed it up with a top that I think I just may have to buy for I because the stunning dark gold details that replace a chunky necklace. Both these colours look great together because they just work.  I have then teamed it up with a chunky gold bracelet that looks uber cute paired with this outfit and goes perfect with these gold strappy sandals that give you the perfect excuse for showing off your summer nails! As we have a lot of the same colour scheme going on I think that a black tote bag would be the best, as it just seems to neutralise the colour scheme that we have going on.

Sophia then said that her style was ‘simple’ so I decided to do a everyday/ girly day out outfit that you can actually dress up more than this. Skater skirts are super great for the summer time and this denim one with the buttons on it adds a touch of glamour to a simple skirt. Teamed with a lace trimmed crop top you are showing off that skirt and your waist at the same time, as a t-shirt would just look funny.  Her summer make up must have is mascara and I think the perfect one for summer is the rocket volume express  and you have to have waterproof for the summer you know due to the pool and sea. For accessories in the day you have to keep it simple due to day time only because too much can look overpowering. So a simple chunky bangle will look great teamed with some comfy pumps, because you have to be comfortable to look chic. And finally to finish a beautiful floral print over the shoulder bag which gives you enough room to store all your goods.
I hope you guys enjoyed this, I love creating these outfit posts and loved doing these collabs with other bloggers. Please go check out the girls over on their blog and follow them because they are great!

Guest Blog Post// Sophia & Ainsley's Top Summer Trends ♥

Prepare to spend some money!! For the second round of my guest blog posts, bring you the lovely girls from Blogging Beauty Buddies. Sophia and Ainsely's are two lovely girls and we have spoken for ages now! We have a few things coming up together now so keep your eyes peeled! They are going to talk to you about their favourite summer trends!

---------------------------------------------

Hello Class and Glitter readers! We are the blogging beauty buddies, Ainsley and Sophia. We have a blog as well (duh) and post content on a weekly basis. We really like posting on our specified days for a more structured blog. We have Makeup Monday, TAG Th----ursday and Fun Friday where we write a variety of makeup, fashion and lifestyle posts. We have known Parie (through the wonders if the Internet) for a couple months now and we were so excited for the chance to guest blog. Alright, let's get right into our Summer Trends post!

Sophia's Favourite Summer Trends:

1. Coloured Hair! This is something really fun that we have been seeing all the time. Using hair chalking techniques or dye (rinse out or permanent) this is something really fun that basically anyone could try!

 Top Summer Trends

I love the colours in her hair!

2. The other summer trend I have been loving is coloured eyeliner! I just think that it is so fun for summer and it just adds something interesting to your look, and we will be posting a tutorial on this soon!

 Top Summer Trends

I really love the way this looks on Cara Delevingne!

Ainsley's Favourite Summer Trends:

3. One of my favourite summer trends has to be super cute hair accessories. I really think that they are a super fun way to add colour to your hair without any commitment. Hair bows are really cute with buns, with the half up half up do, and also a pretty way to keep your bangs out of your face! I also really love floral headbands, they are perfect for more of a bohemian vibe, definitely perfect for a music festival or just hanging out during the summer.

4. My other favourite trend for summer is anything floral printed! With so many different options, your sure to find your perfect floral printed piece!

Try out the floral print trend by wearing a cute dress like this one from Forever 21

We would like to take an oppertunity to thank the lovely Parie for letting us guest blog for her, it was really fun! Thanks for reading, and please check out our blog!  have a great day!

xoxo BBB

Real Techniques Multi-Task Brush ♥

Real Techniques Multi-Task Brush
well It is no surprise that I  have fallen head over heels for real techniques not only the ‘dupes’ which you can find more about here. But also the actual brushes, especially the multi task brush that comes in the travel collection. I love all the brushes that came in the collection but mainly the multi task brush which can be used for blush, powder and bronzer I prefer to use it for powder because it is nice and fluffy to use all over your face.
Real Techniques Multi-Task Brush

The pink brush makes it easier for me to identify which brush it is in my pot and I haven’t stopped using it since I have got it. The actual brush size is great and makes it easier to use as well as easy to hold it in your hand because you have a firm grip and a lot more control. A great thing about this brush is that you don’t pick up too much product, whatever it may be! It picks up just enough makeup for your application so you don’t overdo it.

Real Techniques Multi-Task Brush

I am slowly building up my brush collection and would never think that I would buy yet another thing that gets raved about so much but I did. You can find real techniques in boots and Superdrug, but you can buy the collections and single brushes for cheaper online on Amazon here. Bargain!

July Favourites ♥

July Favourites
Hello August! Another month, another monthly favourites post! Yes we are finished with July and going in to August. July was a very hot month, the sun was shining and the birds where tweeting, and the royal baby was born. As far as new products are concerned I have loved a lot of summery things, if that makes sense?
July Favourites

First up dry shampoo, a pound land buy and not a single regret. I was always hesitant of buying dry shampoo as I never got the idea and love behind it but now I don’t look back. This little bottle of wisdom is great for those days when it is hot but you don’t want to put yourself through the heartache of washing your hair and drying it ECT. A spray of this and you are good as gold. The shampoo also smells amazing, and leaves your hair feeling non greasy and looking fresh.
July Favourites

I hate slapping on heavy amounts of make up when the sun is out, because it just melts off my face like ice cream. So, the best thing to use is a BB Cream and I love this one from MUA the coverage is medium and with concealer on top can cover you up. It lasts all day on my skin and does the job of a bb cream, it is also very purse friendly at only £4 a bottle and seems to match my skin perfect unlike many MUA products which don’t.
July Favourites

Sticking with that sweaty theme, I have used up so much deodorant this month that I am in shock of how many bottles I have thrown away. This one by Nivea though has to be my favourite and I constantly repurchase it no matter what the weather or the price. It does a great job at keeping me going for hours and doesn't leave any of them disgusting white marks under my arms.
July Favourites

Also from Nivea, I have used this lip balm that helps with protecting your lips from the sunshine. I am always the one that puts spf all over my face and leaves my lips bare so they crack and go horrid or smear the spf over which makes it look like I am a cricket player. This however, is my solution to preventing both those tragedies. It leaves a clear finish to your lips and protects against any harmful rays from the sun, it is also a great base for under any lip products that you might want to put on over.

And last but not least, a make up sponge. Which is my holy grail make up product, forget spending tons on the beauty blender when you can just use this simple sponge to get the same effect and finish. I find that it works best when it is damp as the foundation is much easier to blend and move around. I bought a big bag of the sponges from the pound shop, but they are also available to buy from super drug and boots.

I also have a summer ‘tune’ if that makes sense! I have been listening non-stop to the new Miley Cyrus song ‘We Can’t Stop’ it has had mixed reviews but I just love it.
