Travel Skincare Essentials

Back in June I wrote a post all about the travel essentials that I always forget and me being me, will still probably forget them! Today, I thought I would share with you the skincare essentials that I just can't not take with me somewhere. These are full size version of products, and have their own little section in my suitcase. These are the skincare bits, that I take along with my makeup cleanser and lip balm. Small travel sets are so handy to keep in hand luggage, like this La Mer set.

botanics eye roll on

Botanics All Bright Eye Roll On* - As a Botanics brand ambassador, I get to try a lot of their products and above them all - this eye roll on is my favourite. This retails at £8.99 and you 15ml of product inside, which lasts you ages as the tiniest amount goes a long way. As a hay fever sufferer this has been amazing at cooling down my eyes, a quick roll in the morning and evening is soothing the under eye area. It has also helped with dark circles and overall is very fun to use! The dark circles disappearing doesn't happen over night, but after two solid months of using this I can really see a difference.

ted baker hand cream

Ted Baker Hand Cream - I won this hand cream as part of a set in a raffle at work, it came with a glass nail file and the hand cream. Ted Baker products are always so luxurious and this cream is nothing but that. I love applying this to my hands all the time because it smells like peonies and makes my hands feel so soft and nourished. My hands are something that are always neglected so keeping a hand cream with me at all times is a must. Other ones that I love are from the body shop, which come in different scents too!
mario spray

Mario Badescu Spray (£11) - There is no way this was not going straight into my skincare bag, it is life changing. I love using it to wet my makeup sponge instead of using water, this gives it much more of a damp feel that is easy to blend out any liquid product with. As a primer, setting spray and overall refreshing facial mist it is incredible. A couple of sprays and face is alive again and the smell just takes you to heaven. I really wish they did a version under 100ml, so you can take it in hand luggage.

Proto-col Intense Protection Day Moisturiser* - SPF is of course even more important when in the sunshine and with me currently using vitamin c in the evenings the emphasis on using it is even higher. This moisturiser is a new launch from Proto-col, who have featured on here before, I love their baked foundation as a bronzer and their sebum control moisturiser. This is a day moisturiser with SPF 50+ that has been created to hydrate the skin whilst protecting it. It has the standard sunscreen smell to it, but it feels so much nicer on the skin that normal sunscreens do. It is very lightweight and absorbs quickly. It is a pure white cream but there isn't a white cast left on the face after using it. I love applying this then a spritz of the MB spray as a priming duo before foundation, doesn't feel heavy and looks nice and radiant.

Caudalie Mositurising Sorbet* -  Even thought I have a SPF moisturiser with me, I still pack a normal one. This is usually because at night my skin is dying more some nourishment, it needs a thick, heavy duty cream that is going to soak goodness into the skin. This sorbet is hands down my favourite product at the moment, to do this exactly. It brings some life back into my skin and I can wake up in the morning and notice that my skin is refreshed, plumped and hydrated. There is not a bad word to be said about it to be honest - its incredible.

These are the products that I would run back home for if I ever forgot them lol! What skincare products do you always take away with you?
