YT Club Tripod Review

 

 

I've been blogging for three years now and each year I set my self goals to improve on what I am doing, which will in return help me grow as a person and make this blog enjoyable to read. Photography has always been on the top of that list, I don't have a fancy camera due to spending my money on makeup but i don't need one, my phone is amazing! It lets me take amazing pictures, that are great quality and I can get them straight to my laptop through the joys of WiFi.

Then we have the newest addition to my blog taking routine, the YT Club Tripod. Its a flexible mini tripod that works with cameras, DSLR's and all phones. The thing that makes this tripod different to others that you will find are the flexible legs. You can bend, wrap and twist each leg to allow you to take different creative shots. Then you have the universal element, the first attachment that looks like the end of a selfie sick allows you to attach all different phones to it. In the images above I attached my ipod due to needing my phone to take photos, but it fits my rather large Samsung Galaxy S5 as well. This attachment can be removed and that reveals a screw on attachment. This allows you to fix a camera on to the tripod and take photos that are professional and have stability. It's also very light so you can hold it whilst taking some pictures and your hands wont ache at the end. 

The tripod comes in two colours, black and black pink I went with the latter due to been a girly girl but it isn't a ugly pink so even those who may not like the colour will love it! It retails at £29.99, but currently on offer for £20.00. If you are looking for a great yet inexpensive tool to help you take photos for your blog, video for youtube or even use for personal moments then I couldn't recommend the YT Club Tripod enough! It will become your new best friend!

Christmas is Here with #GeorgeSecretSanta

1 MONTH COUNTDOWN! If you didn't already know then let me tell you something - I bloody love Christmas. All things red, festive - right up my street. Sometimes I get a bit too crazy (see blog header) but oh well. When TalentedTalkers & George at Asda created the #GeorgeSecretSanta, I was jumping at the chance to take part and now here we are! Each blogger got given a person and a chance to select a few items for them, I stalked the hell out of my person and hope that they love the gifts I chose and it seems as though whoever had me stalked me to death because I LOVE EVERYTHING. 

It felt weird opening presents in November and not been properly dressed, so I got in to my Christmas Jumper, applied some red lipstick and opened the huge box that came through my window as I couldn't find the key.  

The first thing I got my hands on is this Baylis & Harding Luxury Travel Set, it comes jam packed with two cosmetic bags and their zesty smelling body and bath products. I adore this set of travel minis and the bags are amazing when nearly every other weekend I am moving from one place to another. 

How Sweet is this Photo Frame? As son as I opned this present up I fell in love, its a very unique photo frame as it allows you to hand photos using the Love Heart Pegs. An idea came straight into my head when I saw this and that was to print out cute little Polaroids and hang them up. This is going to look amazing on in my university this year and next, full of memories that I have gathered.

This was really hard to photograph but I am hoping that I can still do it justice. This is a Copper Trinket Box that is perfect for keeping all my random bits of rubbish that I have laying around all around my room eg change, jewellery and small bits. I am loving anything copper at the moment and this has fueled my love further! 

Anything glittery makes me want to scream inside as it really gets me excited for Christmas, and this STAR Letter Ornament is stunning. It sparkles in the day and night and when I put it in front of the fairy lights it glistened. The perfect bedside accessory! 

I love everything in the Secret Santa gift but I have to say I got most excited about this last gift a 12 Days of Christmas Calendar!!!! For twelve days I can open each door to reveal a festive nail polish and if I am feeling up to it I may just use each one every single day I open the door. From the looks of the label on the front I see some glitter and berry shades!!

Boutique of Molly Beri Poncho

'Walking in a Winter Wonderland' 

Let's just call this month a very very cold month, I am currently wrapped up in about 4 layers of clothing and socks because winter is here. The thing I love the most about going somewhere when it is this cold is the clothes that I can wear. My go to outfit or the past few weeks has been my Boutique of Molly Beri Poncho*.

As soon as I saw the look of this poncho I fell in love, the beige colour is lovely and natural making it easier to pair with other clothes. Then there is the gorgeous lovely tartan print that goes across all parts of the poncho. I particularly like the design of the poncho as it has a turtle neck, my FAVOURITE thing to wear this autumn/winter season. Why? Because they look really stylish and keep you wrapped up. I paired the Beri Poncho with black leggings, black boots and a plain black tee underneath as I wanted to have all the attention on the poncho. It wasn't until the other day, when I wore it again, that a statement necklace looks great with it as well.

Personally, I think that if I wear this poncho anymore it is going to start annoying everyone around me. You could say I am obsessed but call it putting my winter warmers to good use!

L'Oréal Super Duo

Mixing foundations is something I have never done, I seem to always strike lucky with the right shade and can adapt to the formula of the foundation. Until recently. I saw the lovely Taylor post on instagram about her favourite foundation combination at the moment, that consists of the l'Oreal true match and the Infallible. After hearing her thoughts I knew I had to try it out to see the results. Low and behold the girl has done it again and has created a super foundation. 

When you mix them both together you are infact mixing the properties of each one, the True Match is light weight, medium coverage and gives a dewy finish whereas the Infallible is high coverage, sometimes too heavy for everyday and matte. When you put these together you have a foundation that is high enough coverage for a flawless face, a semi-matte finish that looks incredible and coverage that lasts all day. I have slightly fallen in love with mixing these both together, and it comes at the right time seen as though both of them need finishing up. 

If you like both of these foundation on their own, then I suggest trying to mix it up by putting them together because you are creating the perfect foundation. It isn't something I would do just for a quick trip to the supermarket but for a long day at work or school this is great.

Ebay Find - Cartier Love Bracelet

Don't you just love when you find something on Ebay that is an absolute bargain buy? This time I was on the hunt for a dupe of the Cartier Love Bracelet as I have seen many people wear the real ones, and saw a real one myself when I went to Munich, I just knew that I had to have one. I could not ever justify spending £4600 on one but can justify £3! 

As always with dupes like these, I can't compare them with the actual thing because I don't own one. But I can compare with images and to me it is pretty much the same. The quality of this bracelet is very good and surprising to me seen as though it was very cheap, it took a while to get here as it was from overseas but I haven't stopped wearing it since. 

I saw this very late at night on Ebay and am so glad that I pressed the Buy Now button because it is a steal and well worth the wait!
