Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend!

Over the last few weeks,I have become very reliant on the wonderful bottle of dry shampoo that is in my draw! Why? Well because it makes me life easier and so much less hassle! Let's run through why dry shampoo is already my best friend and will be yours soon!
Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend! Why Dry Shampoo is your Best Friend!

What is Dry Shampoo?
Is a powder that is used to clean hair without having to wash it and it getting wet. The ingredients that it is made with soak up the oil and dirt on the scalp, leaving your hair looking refreshed and good as washed hair. Dry shampoo can be used on all types of hair. It comes in various forms to choose, and different smells, and types depending on your hair!
Why is it so good? Well..
- Saves Time!
If you are in a rush, and don't seem to have enough time to wash your hair and then set it properly then you just have to spray some into your hair and rub it in. Instead of having to wash your hair 4 times a week, you can only wash it twice by substituting washing for dry shampooing!
- Less Heat
When you wash your hair, you have to then dry it and then either curl or straighten it. Using dry shampoo means that you won't have to have as much heat applied to your hair and makes your hair healthier in the long run.
- Volume
If you hair is feeling flat and lifeless, then you can use a spray of dry shampoo to give it that extra oomph and blast of volume! By using it the night before, you will get added volume,
- Portable
You don't have to carry all your tools around with you when you're away if you have this bottle of saviour with you, it comes in travel sizes so you can pop it in your overnight bag or handbag and use when needed.

There are so many dry shampoo's out there, many that may work for others and not you! My favourite brand is by far Batiste and the one pictured at the top, is my current scent!

The Spring Edit|Nails

The sun has been making a few little appearances over the past few weeks and to me that means one thing, SPRING! I love the spring time because of the beautiful flowers that start to grow, the brighter and hopefully sunnier days and it's just a fresh change from the gloomy winter days! Spring time means some gorgeous nail polish colours that look beautiful on you. Most of these are pastel colours as I find them perfect for spring and then when you get into the summer, you have your more bright pinks and coral colours.

Essie Cascade Cool -
This is an all time favourite, I love wearing this as it is very cool toned and not to in your face pink. The formula of Essie polishes are amazing and this is the shade that started my obsession off.
Sally Hansen Good To Grape -
A poundland beauty, this polish is for someone who doesn't like wearing pastels or still wants to have colour on their nails without it being too dark. One coat of this polish and you are good to go, great formula and colour that lasts ages!
L'oreal - Pistachio Drag -
I'm confused whether this is called Drag or Drag as everywhere has it different even the bottle! Since, seeing these on other blogs a few weeks about I just had to try one of the colours out and I went with the mint green colour because it is my favourite shade to wear in the spring time and I have it in so many different tones. Never used a L'oreal polish before and this so far has not disappointed me.
BarryM Rose Hip-
One that has been on my blog already, Rose Hip is the prettiest off white/pastel pink there is. It doesn't look too washed out and dreadful on your nails instead makes them look pretty and pink. Love the Gelly's from BarryM as you all know well, and this is another to add to my constantly growing collection.
BarryM Huckleberry -
This polish along with Rose Hip and another I don't own are colours that BarryM secretly came out with a few weeks ago, and to be honest are amazing. This baby blue colour is gorgeous and perfect for the spring time, I know ice cream colours were last year but I think they are adorable!

Acrylic MakeUp Organiser's || Amazon

Acrylic MakeUp Organiser's
In a recent room make over, I wanted to invest in some make up storage but not pay a lot for the famous MUJI! So I went on to Amazon after researching a little bit and found that there are several other alternatives that you can buy as well. I have collected these over time, and I am now thinking I have completed the collection to fit the things I have. I also store my makeup in some draw dividers underneath but that is very messy! In real life you can see that it makes everything look much neater and cleaner, and brings the room together.
Acrylic MakeUp Organiser's

This is the one that I have had for the longest and what started the obsession off! This three tier one isn't actually enough for me and all the nail polishes I have, so instead I just store my nice ones and mostly used ones on this stand and try to arrange them by brand. I am always swapping everything around when we change seasons or even my moods.
Acrylic MakeUp Organiser's
This is the newest addition to my family of storage things, I seem to have accumulated a lot of lip products lately and even though I had a ikea pot with them all in I was finding it a real struggle to find the one I wanted in the morning and so I when I set this one up it made my life easier. It is very messy and still gets adjusted every now and then but for the time being it looks amazing in the middle.

And then finally, the one I got for Christmas. There are many different variations of this design you can more than two draws, one big draw and even more sections at the top.As my parents ordered this I don't actually know which and where from they did, but I think I have linked the right one. I love this one because I can literally store anything in, from foundations to lip products you find a way to place everything. My only bug bear is that the draws and really small, in depth so your can't fit alot in and in width so the bigger palettes like the urban decay ones don't fit. But there are bigger versions which I hope to swap to in the future.

If you have a good look on Amazon you will see there are two main sellers and they sell a variety of different clear cosmetic holders, and you just need to browse and find your preference. I want to definitely get more in the future or even one that can store everything. But as I think that MUJI is expensive and not available straight away for me, this is the next best option and does the job perfectly!

Hope you enjoy and this give you more of an idea!

MAC EBAY Brushes Dupe||Review

MAC EBAY Brushes Dupe

So, a while ago now I ordered a few brushes from Ebay that looked just like the RT brushes and you can find the full post here > http://classandglitter.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/real-techniques-dupes.html where I go through in depth about them and where to buy. Then the other week when browsing ebay again for no reason I came across some other makeup brushes that looked just like MAC brushes! I can't really compare them to the real ones as I don't own any, but when I do I will compare them properly but for now I am using pictures and what I have heard from other people.

MAC EBAY Brushes Dupe
The picture above are the ones I got from EBAY and just looking at them, you can see that they look very similar to the MAC ones the only difference is that they don't say MAC on them, but they do have the number of the brush that you order at the bottom. These brushes are unbelievably soft and are amazing to use on the eye.

The handle for the brushes are very thick in my opinion, even though they are easier to use to handle they can take some getting used to. I love using the '239' one to pack the colour on and then 217 one to blend everything together and to remove harsh lines. I am honestly surprised at how amazing these brushes are and how they work. I will be always using these with my eye makeup as they are just great and I will be ordering more in the future because they are great for only 99p yes only 99p.

These brushes came quicker than I expected as when I ordered them from china I thought they would take a while, but in fact they came within just short of 2 weeks, Also from the same seller I have ordered other brushes so will have them up in a few weeks.
