Nails of the moment #2

OPI Don't Bossa Nova Me Around
I loved treating myself occasionally and seen as though I was coming to the end of my work placement I took the plunge and went to have my nails done. I was very scared because I wanted them quite short. Rest assured I came out of the salon and I fell in love.
One thing I can tell you about going to get your nails done is that you have to know exactly what you want and how you want it. Your the client, therefore if you don't say anything and it goes terribly wrong its kind of your fault. I went to a new nail salon just to add to the pressure, if your in the Leeds area I went to Luxury Nails Leeds. I found them on Facebook and the women there made this whole thing much easier. I have had acrylics before, I knew what I was getting myself in for but have always had bad experiences.

I went in and first chose my colour, I wanted a muted nude but couldn't decided between two. I settled with this gorgeous shade by OPI Don't Bossa Nova Me Around (£12.50). Isn't it gorgeous? It can be best described as a muted pink nude, with a  slight off white look. I love it that much, it immediately went into my basket on Beauty Bay and I now own it. The amazing thing about acylic nails is you can have them however you want, I had colour on them all and glitter on one. You can also have them different shapes, for me 'almond' is short and sweet.

I am now hooked to getting them done and can't wait to go back again! My hands look immaculate!
