October Favourites

Happy Halloweeeen! It's the end of the month so its time for some monthly favourites. I want to start out by saying THANK YOU. At the start of this month I hit 100,000 views on this little old blog - that is huge and I can't believe that so many people have clicked to come over and read what I write. Now on to the beauty, everything I mention in this post has been talked about on my blog or on instagram, I haven't really tried many things that are new due to been busy with my head in books...

L'Oreal True Match (find full review here) - Since trying out the new formula of this foundation I have been hooked and refuse to try out anything else. I am that obsessed that I already have a bottle in reserve for when I run out oops. Everything about it is just perfect, the consistency is much better than the first time around, it doesn't cling on to the dry patches and it lasts all day. I do have to powder but that's just oil that collects on my face. It works so well in the winter I hope its the same in the summer as well. p.s did you know that L'oreal posted my image of the foundation on their instagram and twitter?

Seventeen Falsifeye Mascara (full review here) - A new discover this month for me but a very good one. This mascara gives my lashes the effect of wearing false lashes but doesn't take the time or the effort. The wand has two sides and a cone so I can get every single lash n my lid, without having to find too many funny faces.

Maybelline Midnight Red - Where do I even begin with this colour, it is my new go to autumnal colour. I have reapplied it every single time I have gone to paint my toes or fingers. It lasts forever, with no chips even with all the washing up I have been doing! And the colour is one that everyone seems to like not just me!

Maybelline Divine Wine (full post here) - I once heard that having matching lips and nails was a big no no but I say yes yes. I think it looks a lot better if its all matching and what better to match my nail colour with then a berry lipstick! Divine Wine is a gorgeous colour that applies like butter to the lips and lasts all day, I am not a eye makeup wearer so this lip colour did scare me at first but with lovely bronzed skin it looks great.

Wet n Wild Cinnamon Spice - Another lipstick because who can only use one?! This is a pretty similar colour to the maybelline one but it isn't as red and more purple toned. Which does make it easier to wear as more things go with it. The formula of these aren't as creamy but just as matter and long lasting. Even though it does bleed a fair bit.

Food
I always love so much food but never have evidence to show you, the first thing I have loved this month is green tea! It was a thing that I loved a while back and then went off it and now i love it again! I drink a cup as and when I can and it gives me a boost of energy like a cup of tea would. I am also loving the Starbucks PSL, but this is a reoccurring favourite of mine and a lot of people don't like it but I like the spicy and sweet together.
Areo chocolate is another obsession of mine, mainly the mint one I could eat a large bag all by myself if I had the chance. Also, cereal bars have been a life saver. I keep one in my bag and then during the day when I get peckish they come in handy - the Alpen ones are great!

Candle
yankee candle toasted marshmallows
This is a new candle love! I can't have them at university and it is killing me every day but when I come home I am always lighting this one that I spotted in Asda. It smells good enough that you want to eat it. At first it is a bit sickly like most of their sweet ones are but afterwards it smells like gooey marshmallows on top of the fire and similar to fireside treats but slightly sweeter.

What have you been loving this month/week/day?

June Favourites| Beauty, Music and More!

June? Where did you disappear? This month has been full of exams and celebrations, and as this is been published I am in Germany on a well deserved break. Not many beauty favourites this month but a lot of random!

June has meant that I have had to get my arms and legs out, the dry skin on them was horrible and the only thing that fixed it was the Body Shop Amazonian Wild Lily Lotion, not only does it smell amazing but it nourishes your skin and settles in straight away so you can put you clothes on straight away.
Summer for me is also a chance to have lazy hair days, no washing or heat just a spritz of the Dove Dry Shampoo and I am good to go. Compared to all the other dry shampoos that I have tried, this smells amazing and doesn't leave a white powder in hair - win win.

Can you tell this month's favoruites has a summer theme? Bronzer is something I am slowly getting into and the I Heart Makeup one is perfect for that subtle look and warm glow. The only thing that I don't like is the size of the bronzer because when I touch it with my brush, it goes everywhere (you should see my floor!)

A favourites post isn't a favourites post without my nail polish picks, right? The first one is a instagram enabled purchase Eat My Dust is a stunning blue and a lot of people have complimented me on the colour as well. Then we have Resort Fling on the total opposite end of the scale, a bright orange coral that looks stunning in the summer and is my official toenail colour! Having bright nails and a warm glow to my skin means that I have had to tone down my lips a little bit to keep it natural, Berry Smoothie is the perfect everyday lip colour with a slight pink tint.

This month I have been loving Black Magic by Little Mix, I am a huge fan as it is but this song has made me love them even more! As well as that TV wise this month I have been loving the re runs of Rules of Engagement on Comedy Central as well as The Mindy Project which has just started again on E4!

April Favourites

April? How is it over already, with just another few weeks until I officially finish sixth form,I am praying that time actually goes a lot slower. We are now well into spring and my favourites this month are inspired by the beautiful weather outside!

Max Factor Facefinity Primer//
When the weather gets nicer I tend to apply a lot less to my face, yet it still manages to come off within a few hours. The solution recently has been the amazing primer from Max Factor. I featured it in February's Favourites and it decided another mention (surprised I haven't done a review yet oops) because it is just that good.

Loreal Infallible 24 Hour Matte// If I talk any more about this foundation I think I may just run out of words, the soft consistency is amazing and goes on like an absolute dream to leave you with this medium to high coverage face that lasts all day. If you want to read a more in-depth review then you can read it here.

Max Factor Blush in Nude Mauve// Another product I just can't stop talking about and also wearing, it has got to the point where the puffiness of the blush has deflated and is now flat *sad face* I love the shade and it is perfect for everyday. To hear me rave about these even more, read the review here.

Maybelline Colour Elixir in Rose// This is a lip product that I bought a while back, didn't like it at all and now have fallen in love with because it looks amazing on top of nude lipsticks like the rimmel kate moss in 07 - ideal everyday lip combo.

BarryM Speedy in Heart Skipped a Beat// Spring isn't spring without the nail colours, am I right? It took me a while to bring out the summery colours because I was waiting for the perfect time and now it is officially time and this beauty from BarryM is a coral that looks stunning and not too orange either. This whole range is amazing and it takes very little time to dry as well, more here.

Chanel No 5// My ultimate spring and summer scent is anything sweet and strong, Chanel is basically the answer for everything. No 5 is a classic from the brand and I think that no one can go wrong with, I cry my little heart out though ever time I use it because of the money that is going with it..

April Favourites

Last month Starbucks celebrated the birthday of the frappuccino, and as a special they were selling a 'Birthday Cake' flavour drink. Of course, this was only available in the USA because in the UK were are so limited on the options we have available. But the StarbucksUK twitter said that you can still order it as a custom order, the only difference is that you don't get the raspberry cream. If you are interested in this delicious drink ask for a vanilla frappuccio with a shot of almond syrup!

April Favourites
This months favourite TV Show has to be Baby Daddy, it is amazing and about Ben who is a typical bachelor until he finds he has a daughter and then has to adjust to being a parent with the help of his mum and all of his friends. You watch one and you will be instantly hooked!
Another favourite has been 2 Broke Girls, something that I have been watching a long time but more recently the girls are really starting to grow their business and it's such a real life story through TV.

What TV shows have you been loving lately?

Oh Em Geeee, It's nearly March! I thought I would do a favourites post this month as I didn't last month, but to tell you the truth I didn't use many new things and most of the things I had been loving I have hauled/done FOTD on. But this month I have loved lots of beauty items!

September Favourites|Beauty+Random

September Favourites
The end of a month and the start of another one can only mean one thing, its monthly favourites time!
Bourjois Rouge in Nude-ist// I promise that this month will be the last time I talk about these, but I seriously can't get enough since having bought them I have used one of the  four colours I own everyday and they have lasted all day and night.

Natural Collection Blush// Slowly and steadily I am getting into wearing blush on my face, and this one from NC is such a pretty and subtle colour that I don't feel concious wearing it because of the light colour.

Sleek Oh So Special! // This palette and in particular the pink shade you can see in the far right hand corner has been an amazing everyday colour on its own it looks lovely but also with other colours paired together. The thing about pink shadows is that they can sometimes look too Barbie like but this palette doesn't do that and makes it look nice.

Revlon in Coral Surf// Autumn is here I know, but this bright blue colour is still acceptable right? I bought this from poundland and I have fallen in love with, the formula is amazing and the colour is so bright and beautiful I can't tell you more!

Stormflower//I just knew that as soon as I purchased this, I would fall in love with straight away and even though I save it only for special occasions when I do wear this though the scent lasts on me all day and everyone compliments me on how sweet and floral smelling it is.

Primark Hair Bobble// I bought this a while back from Primark and it looks great when you wear your hair as a high bun and then placing this over makes it look way more neater and prettier. They are so many colours that this comes in and is slightly less eye catching then the big headbands are.
September Favourites
Taylor Swift - Shake It Off// I understand that many people aren't fond of Swift or even her new song but I am in love with and haven't stopped playing it everyday. I think the video and lyrics are the things that are making me listen to it more and more.

September Favourites
I don't usually talk about food but trust me I love it, and recently my go to snack that is very unhealthy are these cute little nutella pots. These yummy pots are so addictive and great when you're peckish or even on the 'go'.

Another thing I have been loving to drink in the summer and now in the Autumn is this Raspberry Lemonade, even though its very and I mean very expensive it is the nicest thing ever and I have just discovered that they sell cans of the drink as well! I really want to try out the other flavours from this company too.
September Favourites

Finally. the highlight of my weekends these past months has been that the Xfactor has returned to our screen and being a fan of Cheryl I just had to watch it but i think this years panel is amazing and they all bring something different to the table and I can't wait to see where it goes!

June Favourites

June Favourites
Primark Oil Control Wipes// I seem to always go back to Primark wipes because they seem to do the job perfectly, these oil balancing ones are amazing and the other ones I love are the exfoliating ones. Every time you got to Primark and go to the till make sure you check out their wipes there is a whole selection and for £1 who can go wrong!
Victoria Secrets Strawberries & Champagne Mist // Summer fragrance right her ladies and gents. This is such a sweet and summery scent that you don't get sick of smelling it. The name is also very appropriate for this time of year and VS mists feel so luxury on you.
Revlon Lacquer Balm in Vivacious // Spoken about these Revlon balms a lot on here, so I am going to keep it short and sweet. Wearing a bright pink lip with bronzed skin and neutral eyes will look amazing in the summer sunshine and this one from Revlon is the perfect pink and the formula is very glossy.
Benefit Porefressional Primer// I got this sample in Elle magazine and haven't stopped using it. Why? Well because along with my moisturiser it works wonder in keeping my makeup on my face all day and I know that its on my face without looking in the mirror constantly.
Rimmel Salon Pro in Hip Hop// A summer staple for me has always been a coral/red nail polish colour because it looks great with anything as well as being one of those polishes that can be worn on fingers and toes. The formula of these Salon Pro things are amazing and worth the rave.
Rimmel Breakfast in Bed// To say I wasn't really a Rimmel girl, lately I have been hooked on buying things from them and this is another nail polish that started it all off. After seeing several people posting it on instagram, I had to try it for myself I am so glad the colour is the perfect minty blue for the summer and with one coat you are good to go.
Macaroons by Lulu// I picked these up in Manchester and have been eating them slowly every week, I bought a few and these are my final ones and I am saving them.

April Favourites| Beauty,Accessories+Food
Another month has vanished and we are at that time again when we talk about monthly favourites! This month I have been loving mainly beauty products.
- BarryM Gelly Spring Colours|| These have made a few appearances on my blog this month and I doubt it will be the last time you see them. The formula of these polishes are incredible with out a doubt, and so there really isn't much to say. Apart from the fact that these colours are perfect for any skin tone, they are so long lasting and great if you're going away and want something to last.
- Revlon Matte Balms|| Ooh la la. These matte formula's from Revlon are amazing, they are super pigmented, last nearly all day on your lips and are surprisingly moisturising even though they are matte. The two shades I own and have been loving are Sultry and Elusive!
- Kate Moss Lipsticks|| Two new additions to my collection this month, and I love them. I have heard so many people rave about the formula of Rimmel lipsticks, especially the Kate Moss ones and I just had to try them myself. Let me tell you, they are great! And smell amazing too.
- MAC Dupe Brushes|| I did a full post on these here. These are amazing to do different eye looks with and the possibilities of using them are endless! Also great for travelling as you don't have to take millions of different eye brushes with you! If real MAC brushes are just as good as these beauties then no wonder everyone loves them.
- Rimmel Powder|| Yes, that is right I fell for another hyped up product and this time I fell in love with it. This is the exact powder that I have been looking for and searching for. The reason I never tried it is because I didn't think it would be as good as it seems, but it is and lasts all day without making my skin look oily.
- Garnier Micellar Water|| A new skincare staple. I love this because it does exactly what it says on the bottle unlike the L'oreal one. It cleans my makeup off straight away without the need to go back again with another cotton pad.
- Maybelline Under eye concealer|| Something I never used to often wear is concealer under my eyes, and since having this I look back on days that I didn't really upset. This tube of magic covers all the darkness and shadow that I have under my eyes and is great to quickly do in the morning.
-MK Watch|| Of course this had to be included! I love this watch to death and now wear it every single day without fail, my arm feels odd when I don't wear it because it is something that I love.
Primark Ring|| This uber cute flower ring was featured in my last OOTD post and I love how simple yet pretty it is. The colour is wonderful for the spring time and goes with the watch as a pair.
Then on to food, which I fall in love with all the time and if you read my 'This Week I...' posts then you will now that over the pas month I have loved a lot of food!
My mum found some macaroons when she went food shopping and I literally screamed and jumped on her when she bought them home. I tried them last year at an afternoon tea and ever since have been searching everywhere to find them because they can be rather expensive. If you know of anywhere to buy them at a reasonable price then please let me know!

Thanks for reading! x

Its time for the favourites of this month! I will be doing these posts every month, as I find that I will have much more to talk about instead of doing them every month, but the months I won't be doing them there will be something in there place I promise! This month I have been loving a whole load of things and can't wait to share them with you :)

Real Techniques Essential Foundation Brush - I have been the loving this brush loads lately, but I use it a the wrong way because I don't use it foundation! I actually really like to use it for concealer under my eye, it works really well with blending and is easier to use than other brushes as they are really soft.

Elegant Touch Rapid Dry Spray - I haven't technically had this for very long, but I have been using alot so I just needed to talk about it! This spray is amazing and dries my nails ever so quickly that when I have finished painting my nails - I am always wanting to go and do something so this spray makes it so much easier to do everything!

Ted Baker Body Soufflé - Something I got in a gift set from Christmas that I have fallen in love with, recently I have been using this on my arms after moisturising as I have really dry skin and this just makes me smell really nice!

Triangle Necklace - The problem with going to college for me is that I can't wear any long necklaces because of my ID badge so instead I wanted to find a short statement one that will sit nicely with everything else that I have. And this one from Store Twenty One was reduced in the sale to £2 and therefore I couldn't resist from buying it! Ever since I have been wearing it with everything, especially with collared shirts and jumpers as it looks amazing.

Naked 3 - Who would have guessed that this would be in this post?! I freaking love this palette and all the colours in it, every time I have been going out or wanting to do some easy and simple eye makeup I have been going for the palette. The shades on the left hand side are the ones I have been using more than anything else as they are more neutral rose gold.

Sleek Blush in Rose Gold -  This blush suits my skin tone so much, I love the way it looks so natural and gives my skin a natural glow. It also stays on my skin for a long time and works with any looks that I am going for, if you know me then you will know that I am not the biggest fan of blush but something about this one just makes me fall in love!

Soap&Glory Thick and Fast - Another product I have been reaching for lately is this soap and glory mascara! I love wearing mascara on my eyes that give me volume and thicken them up to really enhance my eyes and these make my lashes look so big and amazing.

Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie - I love the Revlon lip butter range, and one of my current favourites is 'Berry Smoothie' the colour pay off is amazing on my lips and it is really natural so goes well with anything and great to put on in the morning  and then it lasts all day.

NYC Foundation - There is just something about this foundation that I have been loving, at first I really didn't like it but it turns out that I just wasn't using it the right way?! I was applying it with my hands and blending it with my fingers - but now I use it with a stippling/blending brush and use two layers both even to build up the coverage.

Rimmel Salon Pro in Hip Hop - Ahh I have fallen in love with the Salon Pro range that Rimmel have got. I have only got Hip Hop but I love the other shades in the range as well which will be a cheeky purchase soon. The formula of this polish is really weird because it is very watery (well i think it is) but then on your nails it is very pigmented, thick and only needs one coat!

Sally Hansen Nail Growth Serum - This nail serum is no stranger to this blog, I have been recently using this to help with the condition of my nails not only is it helping with the growing of the nails but also with the cuticle area which always gets really dry.

Wow..that was a lot! I need a cup of tea...hope you enjoyed this post and look out for a random favourites type post very soon!

Blogmas Day 8 || November Favourites ♥

November Favourites

Another month has come and gone already and its that time again where I share with you my favourites from the past month. November, has been a time for me to enjoy the products to the fullest and lets jump straight in.

November Favourites
First up is skincare/body ect. in the back you can see a Victoria Secret spray in 'Coconut Passion' that smells just like summer. A very sweet scent for this time of year, but I love it lots and haven't stopped spraying it since the day I bought it. The other thing that I have fallen madly in love for it The Soap & Glory 'Scrub Em or Leave Em' this is a lifesaver in the winter and I love using it in the shower as it smells divine and does an amazing job as removing dry skin.
Next up, I have using this little sample of Bioderma that I got in a Birchbox. I thought I would love this for my face but instead I have using it for my eye make up. Not only is it great at removing it all, but I love using a cotton bud dipped in it to neaten up my eye shadow. The littlest bit goes such a long way and it is so intense that it cleans it up and gets the job done. Finally, I have this little pot of hand lotion that I got as a sample from Lush. I keep it near by bed, so at night I can moisturise my hands and I wake up with silky, soft hands.

November Favourites

Now for the more beauty favourites. I have wearing this MUA Matte Lipstick in 'Wild Cherry' nearly everyday. I don't know whether it is the matte finish that I am liking the best or the beautiful pink colour that it puts on my lips. I just love. And the nail polish I have been lusting over this month is 'Blackberry' from BarryM which is just a blue from another planet. On top of the two is sat my ring I bought from Primark, I wear it everyday and get told that it looks like a Pandora one.

October Favourites ♥

First of all I would like to apologise for not doing a September Favourites, there wasn't a great deal of new things or even old things that I had been loving that month so I thought instead of boring you guys I would just leave that month out! However, I have got some October Favourites to share with you and my oh my is there a range of them!

October Favourites
First up skincare, I have been loving both these things from Nivea this month as I suffer from really bad dry skin in the autumn and winter months. So these have been my skin care saviours! The Nivea lotion for me is great to use on my legs, arms and body as it really nourishes my skin and leaves it feeling silky soft all day long. The pink tub, is there hydration express primer and holy moly I am in love with it. There will be a full review coming up on this but for now let me just tell you that this primer works so well at keeping my make up on my face all day; but it also helps with the dry patches and gives them love so that my foundation doesn't appear flaky and patchy.
October Favourites

Another skincare saviour this month, has to be the Tea Tree oil from Superdrug, I used a little bit of this on a cotton round every night for a week to soothe and calm down my breakouts. Not only did it help with the redness and spots, but it also helped with the scaring I have from previous breakouts. The scent can be very intimidating for some and was for me at first, but after a few tries and go's with it you just become immune to it.
October Favourites

Then for the more beauty items, I have been loving the body shop oil control powder. I have used this nearly everyday on my face over the bb cream I am currently using and it has such a nice finish and works well with my other products to give me a long lasting finish. A nail polish that has to be mentioned in this months favourites is 'Black Cherries' by Rimmel, I haven't stopped reapplying this on my toes since the start of the month, even though it lasts for ages I like to redo the colour as a touch up. It is a lovely deep purple with a slight hint of black in it. For school I have been loving both these lip products equally as they both give my everyday look some natural glow. The baby lips is in 'Peach Kiss' and the Party Proof lipstick in 'Kitty' are both nudes, the party proof one is more of a pinky nude then the other which is a brown nude. Both of these give my lips some colour during the day and complete my whole face.
October Favourites  October Favourites

Here are the more random favourites for this month - starting off with food! I have been craving these Caramel Snack A Jack's all month, they are the perfect sweet treat when you want something sweet and sugary yet is very healthy for you. I like to eat these on their own as well as with a spread of peanut butter on top - heaven on a plate.

This months music favourite has to be from The Vamps and their song 'Can We Dance', I only really heard this song a few weeks back and since then have completely fallen in love with it and the band its self to be honest. The song is very catchy and great to get into a good mood on one of those days..

Something else that I have been loving these weekend is the new series that Khila a.k.a 'MissBudgetBeauty' has started on her vlog channel. For those of you who don't know who she is then.. where have you been? Khila is a mum to two, with a vlog, blog and beauty channel! She has just finished doing Vlogtober and I have been loving one of the videos as part of her 'Khila Talks' series which is where she does like a chat show with other youtubers and bloggers about life! The one I have been loving is about Time Management, and I really learnt a few things from that video.
If you haven't heard of Khila before or never seen her videos or even blog posts then I highly recommend you do so!

August Favourites ♥

It is that time again, and to be honest it doesn't feel that long ago since I wrote my July favourites and now my august favourites - this is just crazy. This month has bought me to the end of my long school holiday and September brings me a new school, a new start and a new me! Here is what I have been loving this past month just gone...

August Favourites ♥

This month I have loved these little compressed deodorant bottles that you can now buy, these smaller bottle make carrying spray around in small hang bags much easier. I even managed to squeeze it in to clutch bag. The hot weather is lovely, and I would love to have it more often - however I do prefer to stay cool and not sweaty/sticky all the time. So carrying these little bottles of wisdom around is the best.

My skin this month has been really good, I seem to have everything (break outs wise) under control and I can mainly thank, this little wonder here. This is the Witch Blemish Stick, you pop the lid off  push it up like a ice lolly and you have this gel like stick that is for blemishes. You just put this on the affected area whenever you can for a constant week or so and you see results instantly - well I did! The smell is funny, however the smell doesn't affect the product and doesn't make your skin irritate either and I have very sensitive skin.
August Favourites ♥

Summer is the best time to let your skin really breathe, I hate people who slap on layers of heavy duty make up because it is just going to melt away and leave you with nothing/ very minimal stuff on your skin. My go to product that been the Dream Matte Mousse from Maybelline, I usually only get this out in winter time..but this year summer has called for it! As it is so light and foamy you can apply one even layer on your skin and it gives you the coverage you mainly need for a sunny day.

I am no make up expert, but I do like to try and go a little crazy from time to time and this trio eye-shadow set from Collection (2000) in Silver Storm has my begging for more. With these three simple and very pigmented shades you can create that very easy smokey eye without it looking dreadful and as though you have no idea what you're doing. The shades are great on there own and with other more bold/bright colours as well - as long as you blend it all well.

This next little beauty is something I carry around now in my handbag because of the colour and the easy application. This is a  Revlon ColorBurst Lipgloss in the shade Peony. Which is by far the best nude/pinky toned with a shimmer lip gloss I have ever owned, not only because it lasts on your lips for ages! But, it also has the perfect sized brush for my awkward shaped lips that hate having a brush on them.

August Favourites ♥

And the last beauty product is a nail polish - as per. This is from the summer issue of BLISS Magazine that I bought whilst being away and it has got me to fall in love with it. The colour is indescribable and looks very pretty on your nails - that you just want to stare at it constantly! This peachy/orangey coral nail polish is that perfect colour for dark/tanned/olive toned skin in the summer because it just contrasts with your skin perfectly. It does take a few coats to get the colour, and doesn't however stay on your nails for very long before it starts to chip.

The only random favourite I really do every month is my music choice, which I will still be doing..but I thought I would include some more because I like to change it up every once in a while.
August Favourites ♥

Above you can see a nearly finished packet of the new Extra white chewing gum in a bubblegum flavour. This is such an amazing chewing/bubble gum! It tastes amazing when you first bite into it and it tastes just like juicy fruit or hubba bubba (childhood cravings!) and it also leaves your breathe smelling minty fresh yet it doesn't taste minty. Weird?
August Favourites ♥

For anyone who doesn't know me... I love my coffee! Whether it is hot, cold or even mixed, I just love buying it from Costa and Starbucks. When we went to Scotland; I popped into good old Starbucks and saw that they had these 'Refreshers' now available. I love trying new drinks and was very interested into what this would taste like! So I went ahead and bought the 'Valencia Orange' refresher and you guys..I cannot explain how yummy it was to drink! It was quite sour but enough to bare with and it just makes you feel very wake and energetic!

My favourite song, with out a single doubt this month has been 'Best Song Ever' by One Direction. Now, I am not here to argue - I really don't care if people hate them or love them I really like there music and have a slight crush on them all! This song is so catchy and since I heard for the first time I fell in love and haven't stopped listening to it at all!

So that is my favourites for this month, hope you enjoyed :)

July Favourites ♥

July Favourites
Hello August! Another month, another monthly favourites post! Yes we are finished with July and going in to August. July was a very hot month, the sun was shining and the birds where tweeting, and the royal baby was born. As far as new products are concerned I have loved a lot of summery things, if that makes sense?
July Favourites

First up dry shampoo, a pound land buy and not a single regret. I was always hesitant of buying dry shampoo as I never got the idea and love behind it but now I don’t look back. This little bottle of wisdom is great for those days when it is hot but you don’t want to put yourself through the heartache of washing your hair and drying it ECT. A spray of this and you are good as gold. The shampoo also smells amazing, and leaves your hair feeling non greasy and looking fresh.
July Favourites

I hate slapping on heavy amounts of make up when the sun is out, because it just melts off my face like ice cream. So, the best thing to use is a BB Cream and I love this one from MUA the coverage is medium and with concealer on top can cover you up. It lasts all day on my skin and does the job of a bb cream, it is also very purse friendly at only £4 a bottle and seems to match my skin perfect unlike many MUA products which don’t.
July Favourites

Sticking with that sweaty theme, I have used up so much deodorant this month that I am in shock of how many bottles I have thrown away. This one by Nivea though has to be my favourite and I constantly repurchase it no matter what the weather or the price. It does a great job at keeping me going for hours and doesn't leave any of them disgusting white marks under my arms.
July Favourites

Also from Nivea, I have used this lip balm that helps with protecting your lips from the sunshine. I am always the one that puts spf all over my face and leaves my lips bare so they crack and go horrid or smear the spf over which makes it look like I am a cricket player. This however, is my solution to preventing both those tragedies. It leaves a clear finish to your lips and protects against any harmful rays from the sun, it is also a great base for under any lip products that you might want to put on over.

And last but not least, a make up sponge. Which is my holy grail make up product, forget spending tons on the beauty blender when you can just use this simple sponge to get the same effect and finish. I find that it works best when it is damp as the foundation is much easier to blend and move around. I bought a big bag of the sponges from the pound shop, but they are also available to buy from super drug and boots.

I also have a summer ‘tune’ if that makes sense! I have been listening non-stop to the new Miley Cyrus song ‘We Can’t Stop’ it has had mixed reviews but I just love it.
